DEAR EMPATHETIC CHRISTIAN, How to love like Jesus? Is it possible? How can we do it?  Let's start with debunking one important myth  There is a misconception that loving like Jesus means you are a weak wimp, a doormat tossed to and fro, you say "yes" to everything in an attempt to please people or make everyone happy and loved. Some people believe that loving like Jesus means we have to deny ourselves everything, miss out on all the fun, and smother our joy. But that’s not true. Dear friend, i want you to know that there is a difference between loving and serving, I think we have been called to lovingly serve others, and not Carter to desires that might be detrimental for both you and the people God called you to. So yes loving like Jesus means dying to self, but it doesn't mean not genuinely serving and loving others how Jesus clearly modelled, Jesus had boundaries, he selflessly loved his friends and family but never failed to tell them when their actions were not...

 LET'S TALK ABOUT PRIDE  AND  HOW TO NAVIGATE SEASONS AS A YOUNG PERSON Have you ever really thought of how pride creeped into the heart of lucifer who is now referred to as "Satan", when the bible said he was once an angel, who was even gifted with amazing musical gifts and he was just so blessed and loved by God. I don't know about you but the way angels were described in the bible, they are beautiful beings, with faces that bim with bright light, majestic in nature and in Gen Z language they are just so awesome and cool :) The other day i was listening to a sermon by Pastor Stephanie Ike, of the porter's house church in LA, as she expanxiated on pride this thoughts came to my mind, if an angel could be inflicted with pride which led to the biggest fall of all time that produced so much darkeness, danger and just everything horrible,  what about us, what about "me", what could pride do to me?
